About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Production Associate to support high-volume document preparation, formatting, proofreading, and workflow coordination in a fast-paced professional environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under deadlines, enjoys producing polished and accurate work, and has advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

As a Document Production Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client-facing materials, including presentations, spreadsheets, reports, charts, tables, and other business documents. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete document production requests with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Create, edit, format, proofread, and finalize a variety of business documents, including:
    • Presentations
    • Spreadsheets
    • Charts and graphs
    • Mail merges
    • Tables and reports
  • Utilize workflow tracking systems and production logs to manage assignments and deadlines
  • Review job requests thoroughly to ensure all project specifications and requirements are met
  • Perform document production, proofreading, intake, and workflow coordination functions as needed
  • Apply established formatting standards, templates, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients regarding project status and deadlines
  • Troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues related to document production
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
  • Support a collaborative and service-oriented team environment
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Use equipment, technology, and supplies responsibly and efficiently

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of document production experience, preferably within a legal, financial, corporate, or professional services environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong keyboarding, formatting, and typing skills
  • Experience using additional document editing and production software preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude

  • Experience working in high-volume production or support environments
  • Familiarity with document management systems and workflow tracking tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high-quality standards
